By downloading, accessing, or using Pauze ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms govern your use of the Pauze mobile app and related services ("Services"), provided by Pauze ("we", "us", or "our").
You agree to use Pauze only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Use the app in any way that violates any local, national, or international law or regulation.
Attempt to access or interfere with the app's backend infrastructure or security features.
Use the app to collect or store personal data of other users.
Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Pauze may offer paid subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. Prices, features, and billing terms will be displayed in the app before purchase.
All purchases are processed by the app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refunds are subject to their respective policies.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
All content, branding, features, and functionality within the app are owned by Pauze and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without our express written permission.
Pauze is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
While Pauze is designed to help you manage your habits and screen time, we make no guarantees regarding health outcomes, productivity improvements, or user-specific results.
Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pauze shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal well-being outcomes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pauze at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the app.
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect new features, changes to the law, or operational adjustments. You will be notified of material changes via the app or website.
Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pauze is operated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
